Return & Refund Policy

At The Body Bar Skincare & Waxing Studio, we want you to love your purchase.
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items returned within 14 days of purchase.
This policy applies to both online and in-studio purchases.

For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please inspect your items promptly upon delivery or purchase.


Overview

  • Defective or damaged products may be returned within 14 days for exchange of the exact item only.
  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.
  • If you cannot bring the item to our local studio in Crossville, TN, you may ship it to us at your expense.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your replacement item(s) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, the time it takes for your replacement item to arrive may vary.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
